Taisu
This is a unique combination of Shiatsu and Thai Yoga Massage. This combination addresses the 12 energy meridians of the body through applying palmar and finger pressure to the meridian points, while simultaneously using the traditional stretching of Thai Yoga to open the joints and improve range of motion. Sessions are preformed on a mat on the floor and clients wear loose comfortable clothing to allow the therapist to provide optimal stretching and movement.

The Rooted Release:
Addressing chronic/current headaches, we begin with a warm foot bath and hydrotherapy compress matched to support your specific constitution, followed by massage with aromatherapy and finishing with a cooling eye compress while we apply acupressure for relief and nervous system regulation and ending with drawing the energy down with reflexology. This session comes with an in house herbal tea designed for relaxing the mind and soothing the spirit.

Hospice Massage
Touch is so important throughout our lives and compassionate therapeutic touch becomes vital during the transitional time of hospice. Comfort Touch or Hospice Massage includes gentle form of compression, holding, and effleurage. This massage is done in the clients home with them fully clothed, and can be done with them resting in whatever position is comfortable for them....in a chair, a recliner or in their bed. This massage is designed to gentle the body into a state of relaxation, calm and comfort.

Wellness Session
The basic Wellness Session is a 30 minute cupping and aromatherapy session designed to help bolster the immune system. Cupping can help open the lungs and loosen the surrounding musculature for easier breathing while aromatherapy with it's anti-bacterial and anti-viral properties assist and strengthen the immune system.

Auricular Therapy (ear seeding)
This is a non invasive supportive therapy where various health concerns can be addressed through activating certain acupressure points and reflex zones on the ears. These points are activated by placing small seeds or pellets on the areas needed with hypoallergenic tape. The seeds stay in for 1-5 days giving constant gentle pressure to the points. Ear seeding can help to extend the benefits or massage or other therapies, it can help to address anxiety and insomnia as well as multiple other concerns.
